Thank You Angela!

As many of you know, Angela Wakeford has been organizing and facilitating Thyme gatherings for the women of our parish and community for a long while now.  It has been especially sweet to regather after pandemic restrictions and those Monday afternoons have been quite popular of late.

On behalf of the people of the Church of the Ascesnion, I want to thank you Angela for all of your energy, creative spirit and passion that you have poured into Thyme over the years.  We are very grateful to you and to the many people who offered help along the way.  This gathering has been such a blessing to many and is a great example of what God's church is meant to be.

Angela is now stepping aside from this position, but Thyme will continue in the fall under the leadership of Katherine Shanks and Carol Moon.
