Vestry Report

Our annual Vestry Meeting will be held on Sunday February 25th immediately following the morning service which begins at 10 am, as usual.  Light refreshements will be offered.

This coming Sunday, February 18th, during coffee hour, we are offering our Financial Town Hall.  This is an opportunity to look at the past year's financial statements and the budget proposed for the coming year.  We invite your participation in conversation as we will be voting the following week to accept the proposed budget.

We will be voting on two other items at our Vestry Meeting:

• The election of a new Deputy People's Warden - Dan Cappellani
• The Social Justice Motion regarding Housing as a Human Right (the motion is printed in the Vestry Agenda & information regarding the motion was shared via newsletter on Thursday this week)

Please do take some time to read through the various reports presented in this Vestry Report as they reflect the faithful and dedicated work of many in our parish who offer ministry and keep our doors open and our buildings in good repair so that we can care for God's people in the Town of Port Perry and Beyond!

Copies of the Vestry Report

We encourage each of you to be mindful of environmental issues and the cost of printing!  If you are able to bring your tablet or computer to the Financial Town Hall and the Vestry Meeting, you can then access the digital copies of the reports attached to this post.

You can also print out the parts of the report that are important to you on your own printer, if you have that capacity.
