Sunday School Primer

Submitted by Betty Ann Pion

Sunday School (JK-Grade 6) meets every Sunday morning. The children sit with their families at the beginning of the service and go out to Sunday School after the children’s talk.

Sunday School started off slowly this year due to unforeseen circumstances. The attendance has been as low as zero and as high as six. No matter how many children come out, the teachers are always ready to teach on any given Sunday.

The teachers and children are enjoying the curriculum, which is called Kid Connection. The lessons are adaptable for 1 to 25 children. One Sunday the children played indoor hockey with the Cooper girls (after their lesson). AWESOME!!!

When you come out to Coffee Hour on Sundays, check out the Sunday School Bulletin board in the church hall. It has the children’s work on it. Children are always welcome to bring a friend!

Grandmas & Grandpas bring your grand-children!
The Ascension SS would love to have them and children are always WELCOMED in Ascension Sunday School.
